When we were looking for an all natural plant based product for scratches, ringworm and other skin crud, we wanted to find the best of the anti-fungal, anti-bacterial ingredients and combine them with the best of the moisturizing, highly emollient, skin cell regenerators.
These oils are what we came up with. We then decided to deliver them to you without adding any waxes - which decrease the penetration of the oils into the skin. We also didn't want to add any fillers that would dilute the properties of the oils. And we will never add petroleum based ingredients to any of our products.
We are building our reputation on bringing you the best nature has to offer. Pure and simple.
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is used as our base. It is an excellent carrier oil that helps deliver the other oils under the skin. It's properties moisturize and protect the skin and hair with a high Vitamin E content. It is also a well known anti-fungal as well as an excellent skin cell regenerator.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is high in oleic acid and Vitamin E which makes it an excellent emollient, skin conditioner, skin cell regenerator and has superior penetrating power.
Apricot Kernel Oil is a light, yet emollient oil high in oleic and linoleic acids. It is well suited for itchy, dry and inflamed skin as it penetrates easily to moisturize and soothe. It is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.
Neem Oil is widely used in Africa and India as a superior anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic agent in skin care products. It is used to treat a wide variety of skin disorders. It is also used as a bug repellent and to treat hot spots on dogs.
Red Raspberry Seed Oil contains exceptionally high levels of alpha and gamma tocopherols (vitamin E), vitamin A and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. It has more pronounced anti-inflammatory properties than avocado, grape seed and wheat germ oils and may prove to be most useful in the treatment of many skin conditions.
Cranberry Seed Oil has a unique blend of omega 3, 6 & 9 not found in any other oil and a high content of natural antioxidants. This exceptional oil aids in the absorption and utilization of essential fatty acids in the skin and is said to moisturize like no other oil. This oil is rich in tocotrienols (vitamin E) and easily penetrates the skin.
Lavender Oil, from Spain and is a most versatile oil. Well known for it's calming as well as healing benefits - it also helps heal burns and wounds, kills germs and helps reduce the spread of viruses. Known as the oil no medicine cabinet shuold be without.
